Minh Vu the Principal of IFM, brings over 18 years’ experience in the corporate finance industry, with a focus on modeling, valuation and analytical work for ANZ and Rabobank in Sydney and Hong Kong. Minh advises clients on mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance across a wide range of industries. His experience covers IPOs, agreed and hostile takeovers, private treaty acquisitions, project finance and equity and debt capital raisings.

Minh has a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.”

Michael Johnstone has 35 years of mining and exploration experience in the resources sector.

During this time he has either managed exploration programs or contributed significantly to mining studies related to the assessment and development of coal and mineral resource projects in Australia, India, Pakistan, Philippines and Vietnam.

Since 1997 he has been Managing Director and the principal consultant of Minerva Geological Services (MGS). MGS provides technical advice, exploration management and project management services to a number of listed and private companies.

Michael Johnstone has a successful track record in the identification, exploration and development of resource projects including the Ashton Coal Project, and the world class Moolarben Coal Project. As project managers this has involved license application and tenement management, exploration management, resource estimation, project definition and management of mine planning and feasibility studies.
